Daivik’s Organic Malaai Paneer is prepared by adding food acid, such as lemon juice, vinegar, citric acid or yogurt, to hot milk to separate the curds from the whey. The curds are drained in muslin or cheesecloth and the excess water is pressed out. Paneer is highly nutritious serving a variety of health benefits as it is rich in vitamin D, calcium, sphingolipids, proteins and fatty acids. Paneer contains a very high amount of minerals like phosphorus and magnesium, both of which are essential for the smooth functioning of the digestive system. Magnesium acts as a laxative, whereas phosphorus aids in digestion as well as excretion processes.

Usage:
