Usage :

Illupaipoo Samba rice should be soaked for a minimum of twelve hours before cooking. It can be cooked for up to six to eight whistles when cooked in a pressure cooker. It is ideal for making porridge, uppuma, pidi kuzhukattai, puttu, pongal, idli and dosa. It goes well with curries, veggies and serves as a healthy option for kids and sick people.
